Lake Holiday 2023 Monthly Dues and Annual Fees
Lake Holiday dues and fees are determined by the Board of Directors. Dues are reviewed each year when the annual budget is presented to the board. Monthly dues have remained stable for many years, with 2023 showing a small decrease in dues. You may pay your Lake Holiday dues monthly or yearly by ACH, payment by cash or check in the office, or by mailing payment to the office.
Lake Holiday fees are charged for certain amenities like boat slip rentals, boat registrations, canoe and kayak rack storage, a one-time clubhouse fitness center entry key fob, recreational vehicle storage, a one-time vehicle barcode decal fee, and for rental of the clubhouse.
Dues and fees are used to maintain the facilities and the amenities in the Lake Holiday community, along with adding improvements to Lake Holiday. Recent improvements include a state of the art marina, Beach One enhancements, two new playgrounds, a complete overhaul of Beach Two, and an extensive renovation of the clubhouse.
Monthly Assessment
The 2023 monthly assessment for a lot with a home is $142.00.
The monthly assessment for a lot with water/sewer but no home is $131.00
The monthly assessment for a membership lot (no water/sewer) is $49.00
Lake Holiday monthly dues pay for your amenities and the maintenance of the community.
Boat Slip Rental Fee
The 2023 Boat Slip Rental Fee for Lake Holiday is $600.00.
The boat slip rental fee is an optional fee for those property owners who own a boat and use the marina to dock their boat.
Boat Registration and Stickers Fee
For a boat with a motor of 10hp or over, the fee is $165.00.
For a boat with a motor of under 10hp, the fee is $60.00.
For a non-motorized boat, the fee is $5.00.
Boat registration and sticker fees are required for all boats using the lake and must be renewed each year.
Canoe/kayak rack rental fee
2023 Rack Rental Fee for canoes and kayaks is $25.00.
This is an optional fee for those property owners who choose to store their canoes or kayakes in the Lake Holiday storage racks.
Clubhouse exercise membership fee
Membership is free with the purchase of a $10.00 access card.
The fitness center key fob fee is an optional one-time purchase that allows property owners to use the fitness center in the clubhouse.
Clubhouse rental fee
The clubhouse rental fee is as follows:
$65.00 per hour
$250.00 for 4 hours
$500.00 per day
$500.00 security deposit
The clubhouse is available for all members to rent with reservations made through the Lake Holiday office.
Recreational storage fee
The annual fee for a common property boat, recreational vehicle, and trailer storage is $150.00 for Row "A" and $100.00 for other areas.
The recreational storage fee is an optional yearly fee for those property owners who choose to utilize the storage facility for the recreational vehicles.
Vehicle Barcode decal
The fee for a vehicle barcode decal, which allows right lane access to Lake Holiday is $10.00.
A bar code is required to enter the gate through the right lane. It is a one-time fee and must be obtained from the office. Anyone without a bar code must go through the left lane and provide identification to the security officer.
