Lake Holiday Membership Lots for Sale

Lake Holiday Membership Lots

If you love your current home outside of Lake Holiday but want to enjoy all that Lake Holiday has to offer, a membership lot is for you.

Membership lots, unlike buildable lots, are not able to be connected to water and sewer, and you cannot build a home on a membership lot. When you buy a membership lot, you are purchasing the land and membership into the Lake Holiday homeowners association as a member.

Becoming a member of Lake Holiday through a membership lot affords you access to all amenities. You can use the lake, all common areas, and participate in all members-only activities.

The amenities you’ll enjoy as a member include:

Lake Holiday Beaches and Lake - you can use any of the lake’s three beaches to swim, you can fish in the lake, and partake in any number of water activities.

Activities and Events - members enjoy many free activities throughout the year, including seasonal festivals, fireworks, potlucks, community barbecues, live music by the beach, movie nights, and more.

Basketball and Tennis Courts - get your game on at the well-maintained basketball and tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.

Boating on the Lake - besides being able to use a boat in Lake Holiday, you can kayak, paddle your canoe, or navigate your paddleboard around the lake.

Camping on the Lake - Lake Holiday offers campsites for tent camping near beach two. You can enjoy camping with amenities like bathrooms and playgrounds close to the lake.

Children’s Playgrounds - two playgrounds with swings, slides, climbing areas, and tunnels will keep the littlest Lake Holiday residents entertained for hours.

Clubs and Committees - becoming a member of Lake Holiday allows you to join any of the many clubs or committees that meet throughout the month in the clubhouse.

Disc Golf Course - Lake Holiday has a world-class disc golf playing course. Learn the game or enjoy a challenging course for more experienced players.

Dock Availability - if you buy a membership lot on the water, you’re able to build a dock to tie your boat or other watercraft onto.

Dog Park - take your furry friend out to socialize, climb, run and jump at the new dog park. Safe fenced in areas provide plenty of exercise for your best friend.

Community Fitness Center - enjoy the newly renovated gym in the clubhouse's lower level, with machines for all levels of fitness.

Hiking Trails - multiple hiking trails for various levels of hiking expertise are available to use as a member. Take a short hike through beautiful woodland or a longer hike that winds its way around the historic graveyard within Lake Holiday.

Volleyball Courts - beach volleyball is available at both Beach 1 and Beach 2. Join a friendly game with friends and neighbors then take a refreshing dip in the lake to cool down.

How Much is a Membership Lot?

The average price for an inland membership lot is between $5,000 and $6,000. Waterfront membership lots are scarce and tend to cost much more.

HOA Fees for a Membership Lot

The 2022 monthly HOA fees for a membership lot is $48.98. Lots with homes on them pay $142.61, so if you’re looking for all the amenities without the expense of another home, a membership lot may be the perfect fit for you.
