I have to say, thanks to Lisa Cox, theprocess of selling our home in Cross Junction, Virginia was the best home sales experience we have had to date! She took care of everything from dealing with the HOA to handling all of the other things that pop up during the sale of a home. Her overall knowledge in real estate and unique knowledge of the Lake Holiday area is un-matched. She priced our home appropriately and handled all aspects of the negotiations to bring us an offer above our asking price.
